These terms govern use of this website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or misuse its content.

1. Website information

Aventra aims to keep website information clear and accurate, but content may be updated as programmes, delivery models and future initiatives develop. Website content is general information and does not replace a formal proposal or written agreement.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form or contacting Aventra does not create a confirmed booking, reservation or contractual commitment. A booking becomes confirmed only when the relevant scope, pricing, dates and terms have been formally agreed.

3. Pricing and proposals

Programme pricing is tailored to each school. Pricing is binding only when formally quoted and accepted in accordance with the proposal or agreement. Website descriptions do not constitute a fixed price offer.

4. Academic activities

Where a full-day academic activity is selected, it is developed and reviewed with the school’s relevant educators. Aventra does not claim that every activity is automatically accredited, pre-approved or universally curriculum-approved.

5. Future programmes and initiatives

Planned programmes, subject simulations, school services, learner support and opportunity initiatives may change, be delayed or not proceed. References to future activities are statements of ambition, not guarantees.

6. School-improvement initiatives

Any Aventra school-improvement initiative will be governed by separate eligibility rules, selection mechanics, budgets and programme terms published before it opens.

7. Intellectual property

The Aventra name, logos, website design, programme descriptions, simulation materials and related content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, adapted, reverse-engineered or used commercially without permission.

8. External services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services. Aventra is not responsible for the availability, security or content of third-party websites or platforms, which operate under their own terms.
