FOUNDATIONS
AVENTRA SIMULATIONS
Where Potential Becomes Practice.
Learners don’t only hear how decisions work. They make them, experience the consequences and decide what to do next.

AVENTRA BUSINESS SIMULATION
Think. Decide. Build.
A facilitated, team-based business experience designed for Grades 4–12. Learners build and operate a simulated business, make strategic decisions, respond to changing market conditions and compete in a shared market.
HOW THE SIMULATION WORKS
One business. Seven moments that build judgement.
The core loop is simple enough to follow and rich enough to reward better thinking: brief, decide, reveal, simulate, results, adapt and debrief.
01Form your team
Learners group together and take responsibility for different business functions, which may include leadership, finance, marketing and operations.
02Build the business
Teams develop a business identity, name, logo and strategy that they can defend.
03Make decisions
Depending on grade level, decisions can involve price, stock, marketing, capacity, workers, credit, financing and market research.
04Face uncertainty
Teams commit before market conditions are revealed. Success is not about finding a single mathematically perfect answer.
05Receive results
Teams see customers, sales, profit, stock, wastage and cash-position outcomes.
06Adapt
The business continues. Learners analyse what happened, defend decisions and change strategy for the next round.
07Reflect and recognise
Final results lead into debriefing, learning reflection, certificates and winner recognition.
GRADE PROGRESSION
One experience. More depth as learners progress.
Complexity is adapted to the grade level so learners are challenged without being overwhelmed.

TWO SCHOOL FORMATS
Choose the depth that fits your day.
FULL DAY
Simulation + school-aligned academic activity
- Full facilitated simulation
- Results and debrief
- Learner recognition
- Open-book assignment or reflection
- Collaboration with the relevant educator
- Assessment adapted to the grade and school requirements
The academic activity is developed and reviewed with the school’s relevant Business Studies, EMS or class educators before delivery so that it fits the learners, terminology and academic expectations of that school.
HALF DAY
A concentrated decision-making experience
- Briefing
- Simulation rounds
- Live results
- Facilitated debrief
- Learner recognition
A focused format without the open-book academic assessment component.
AVENTRA FACILITATION
We run the experience with you.
An Aventra team guides learners through the rules and decision rounds, operates the simulation, returns results and leads the final debrief. Schools are not given software and left alone.
FUTURE SIMULATIONS
Business is only the beginning.
Aventra Simulations is being built as a broader practical-learning platform. Over time, we plan to introduce decision-based experiences across additional subjects.
